Terms and conditions
If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact our client service team within 15 days.
To do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, email address and request. Once we approve the return request, a tracking number for proof of return must be provided to our team within 7 days.
The customer is responsible for shipping returns, meaning all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. The original shipping fee will not be credited back in the case of a return.
You may use any postal service at your own risk, Black Market does not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
Articles must be unworn, unused and in sellable condition.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or that are not in its original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased in sales.
Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 – 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.
Black Market reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the size ordered was sent incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our client service team within 14 day days of arrival of your order. Please email email@example.com including order number, name, email address and your request.
If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of arrival of from order. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only – minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email firstname.lastname@example.org including order number, name, email address and a photograph illustrating the damage.
– Shipments to store without added costs. Make your order and pick it up by our physical store in C / calaf nº 14, 08021 of Barcelona from Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm
– The shipping costs to peninsula are of 6.00 EUR
– Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and international shipments will vary depending on the destination and will be indicated at the end of your order.
